Positions:  Lead, Assistants and Floaters

 

Responsible to:  The Director and The Pastor of Christ the King

• Supportive of the Preschool Director in his/her role as vision keeper and leader.

• Works well in team ministry.

• Outgoing, exhibiting love at all times for children and their families.

• Treats others with the highest level of love and respect, emulating Christ always

• Confident to conduct Chapel several times a year, able to pray daily with children.

 

Hours Required:

Monday–Friday schedule is unique to each team member.  Scheduling is based      enrollment/need and may be revised.  Team members are expected to participate in any additional team meetings, trainings, continuing education, school functions (which may be in church), that occur outside of regular work hours periodically during the year.

 

Requirements for Position:

Read and accept the Employee Handbook

               Level 2 Background Clearance

               CPR, First Aid, and Blood Borne Pathogen Certification

               LCMS Sexual/Child Abuse Certification

               DCF 45 Hours including EarlyLiteracy

               10 hours of in-service training, yearly

               Statement of Faith

               Attend all meetings, trainings, and school functions

               Expected to attend CTK Sunday church services or special services-4 times a year.

               VPK Leads must hold a National CDAE, Florida FCCPC, AA or BA
